| Administration The Cemetery is administered by an Evergreen Cemetery Volunteer Board of Directors, elected by shareholders, which includes all of the interment rights holders. The Board meets regularly and holds an annual general meeting each spring. Day-to-day administration of the Cemetery is carried out by the Secretary-Treasurer.
